Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear 'Pink Satin' review, swatches & 'Mushy' NOTD

Hi girls,

Really sorry to say that the blog sale has been postponed to the end of next week because I am waiting for a few polishes to arrive from a friend so that they can be included in the sale too. She's selling off a Sinful Colors flakie :o yeah so it's going to be worth the wait.

Moving on, I have this pretty light pink frost/metallic nail polish from the Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear range.

This shows more lilac than pink but please just blame my camera and my lack of knowledge in advanced picture editing :p

Color: Pink Satin is a light pink metallic polish.

Pigmentation: This is a one coater !! So if you are in a hurry, you only have to slap on a coat of pink Satin and you are good to go. In this picture, the index and the pinky nails have 2 coats and the middle and the ring nails have only 1 coat and you can hardly see the difference.

Formula: Pink Satin has fantastic formula, neither thick or runny, just perfect.

Application: Applying Pink Satin is relatively smooth since the formula is good. The only problem is this polish will show up each and every flaw on  the nail bed. As you can see some ugly patch on my index nail (it's a tea bag repaired patch and I misplaced my buffer so it's not smooth) Also there are brush strokes on all the nails. Urghh

There's something about this shade that earns it brownie points. It is a good stamping polish !!

This sweet and dreamy hearts design has been stamped using Konad M95 and Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in 'Pink Satin'. The base polish is O.P.I 'My Boyfriend Scales Walls'.

Lemme know below what you think about this pink polish and the NOTD :)
